Matriculate or 10th Class in 10+2 examination system with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS :- ITI certificate affiliated to NCVT / SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade.

Age Limit

The Applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years 

of age as on 24/06/2021.

Application Fees

Application fees (Non-refundable)-Rs.100/-. 

No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.

Mode Of Selection

Selection of the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.

In case of two Applicants having the same marks the Applicants having older age shall be preferred.

In case the dates of birth are also same, then the· Applicants who passed matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first. There will be no written test or viva. 

Applicants need not send any copies of application/certificates/documents to RRC-WR by post but have to upload the same online.

Applicants are required to fill up the personal details/Trade/Aadhaar number/Marks/CGPA/preference for Divisions/Workshops etc.very carefully as the Computerised Merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the information filled by the Applicant in the ONLINE application.In case of any discrepancy observed at the time of Document Verification,the Applicant will be disqualified summarily.

The central government has issued notices to social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, warning them of failing to comply with the privacy rule, which will take effect on May 26.

Corona tests can now be done at home, ICMR approves kit called 'Koviself' for rapid antigen test

The ICMR has approved a rapid antigen test kit for corona testing at home.  

With this kit called Covyself, people will be able to check for infection by taking a sample through the nose.

The app has to be downloaded in the mobile

According to a statement issued by ICMR, home testing is for symptomatic patients only or those who have been in direct contact with a confirmed case in the lab. 

The home testing kit will be done manually as stated by the company that made it.  For that you have to download the app from Google Play Store and Apple Store.  Positive and negative reports will be available through the mobile app.

Positive or negative report will be received through mobile app.  Those who will do the testing will have to take a test strip photo and take a picture from the phone on which the mobile app will be downloaded.  Mobile phone data will be stored directly on ICMR's testing portal.  But the patient's privacy will remain the same.  Anyone who reports positively through this test will be considered positive.  No other test will be required.

The test can be done in this way

◾People will have to take a nasal swab through this kit.

◾People doing home testing will have to take a photo of the strip.  

◾This photo has to be taken from the phone on which the mobile app has been downloaded.

◾Mobile phone data will be stored directly on ICMR's testing portal.

◾Those who report positive with this test will be considered infected, they will not need any other test.

◾Those who are positive will have to follow the guidelines of the ICMR and the Ministry of Health regarding isolation.

◾Patients with symptoms that have a negative result will have to undergo an RT-PCR test.

◾All repeat antigen negative symptomatic people will be considered suspicious covid case.

◾Such people will have to stay in home isolation until the RT-PCR test report is received.

◾The patient's privacy will remain the same throughout this process.
