The government has canceled the 10th standard examination of CBSE, all students will be promoted

The government has canceled the 10th standard examination of CBSE, all students will be promoted

1. CBSE has 21.50 lakh students in 10th standard and 14.30 lakh students in 12th standard, a total of about 36 lakh students.

2. 10th standard students will be promoted, students who are not satisfied with the number can take the exam.

The CBSE has made an important and necessary decision for the students due to the increase in Corona's case.  The 10th standard examination starting from May 4 has been canceled and the 12th standard examination has been postponed for the time being.  The government will take a decision on June 1.  If the decision is taken to take the exam, the students will be given 15 days, i.e. the exam will be taken only after June 15.

For 10th graders

The examination of these students was to be held from 4th May to 14th June.  This exam has been canceled.  That means their exams will not be held this year.  All students will be promoted to the next class, along with the result.  The CBSE will decide on the basis of this result. If a student is not satisfied with the marks given by the board, he can join the examination.  But this test will happen when the situation in the country becomes normal for him.

For 12th graders

The 12th board exam, which runs from May 4 to June 14, has so far been avoided.  This exam will take place after that.  The board will review the situation on June 1.  A decision will then be made.  Students will be notified at least 15 days in advance if the exam will take place.

There is no substitute for an online exam

An official attached to the Ministry of Education said that the 12th online exam is not possible on short notice.  How can a student prepare himself for an online pattern so soon?  There is no option like taking the exam online and canceling it.

The decision was taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Wednesday afternoon.  Earlier, several leaders and the state government had demanded to avoid CBSE exams. Officials recommended that both 12th and 10th standard examinations be avoided.  The 10th exam should be canceled and the 12th exam should be avoided for the time being.
