  • Whether LPG cylinder is getting subsidy or not

  • Check online with easy steps

  • No subsidy in Delhi

No subsidy received from this time

According to the information received, consumers have not received gas cylinder subsidy since May. There was no change in the price of the cylinder from July to November. The companies had hiked cooking gas prices by Rs 100 twice in December. After this, after increasing the price by Rs 100 3 times in February, it has increased the price by Rs 25 in March. The cylinder now costs Rs 819 in Delhi, Rs 845.50 in Kolkata and Rs 835 in Chennai.

How much subsidy is received

The subsidy is available to people whose annual income does not exceed Rs 10 lakh. If the husband and wife together earn Rs 10 lakh, they will not get the subsidy. Currently, subsidies on cooking gas have been reduced. In the Corona period, Rs 10-12 is coming into the customer's account as a subsidy. There was a time when a subsidy of up to Rs 200 was available.

Consumers in Delhi are not getting subsidy

LPG prices are rising in the international market amid improving demand following the outbreak of the Corona epidemic. What is special is that the price of both subsidized and non-subsidized cylinders has gone up. The price of LPG is the same in the country. The government subsidizes these consumers. Consumers in Delhi do not get any subsidy. At present, the price of a cylinder here is Rs 819
