Go to the website Zadai.gov.in and click on Request Address Update Request (Online).

After the new page opens, you will have to enter your 12 - digit Aadhaar card number.

Now you have to enter the OTP that comes on your registered mobile and then click on login for further processing.  

On the next page, you will have to click on the address and do further processing.  On the newly opened page, you have to fill the entire detail carefully.  Also keep in mind that the information you have given in English has also been properly translated into your local language.  

 After this, to enter your new address on the Aadhaar card, you will have to scan and upload some documents.  For this it is necessary that the address you need on the Aadhar card, the same address should also be recorded in the attached document on your behalf.  

After uploading the document you will be issued an update request number from UIDAI.  With its help, you can easily track the status of your application.
