About Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana

The scheme was launched in August 2014, and according to the Ministry of Finance, over 4 crore banks accounts have been opened till September 2014. Under the PMJDY scheme, some of the financial services that are offered to individuals are pension, insurance, and banking.

Under PMJDY zero balance account can be opened by individuals.  However, in case individuals would like to have access to the check facility, maintenance of a minimum balance is mandatory.  No charges will be levied on the individual to open an account under the PMJDY scheme.

If you want to take advantage of insurance, it is necessary to link your account with Aadhaar.  If you do not link, you will lose up to Rs 1.3 lakh.  Let me tell you that debit cards are issued to customers in this account.

Insurance up to Rs 1 lakh is available but if you do not link to Aadhaar, you will lose Rs 1 lakh.

Accidental Death Insurance cover of Rs. 30,000 is available on the account only when Aadhaar is linked to the bank account.

The Indian Government launched the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) in order to provide financial services and products to individuals who do not have access to a bank account.

You will also need to go to the bank and take a photocopy of the card, passbook to link the account with Aadhaar.  Many banks can now also be linked to Aadhaar via message.  State Bank of India customers can go to the message box from their registered mobile number and send the UID <SPACE> Aadhaar number <SPACE> account number to 567676.  Your bank account will be linked to Aadhaar.

Customers get an overdraft facility of Rs 5,000 on the Prime Minister's Jan Dhan account.  You need to have an Aadhaar card to avail the overdraft facility.  Apart from this PMJDY account should also be linked with Aadhaar card.  Under the scheme, PM Modi's aim was to open a bank account for every family.  Under Jan Dhan Yojana, you can also open an account for a child below 10 years of age.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana List 2020 States Check

The Central Govt.  of India has announced the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for financial support to small and marginal farmers.  The PM Kisan Yojana is announced by the Interim Finance Minister (Piyush Goyal) .Under this scheme Govt.  will be given Rs.  6000 / - in 3 Installment of Rs.  2000 / - to farmers.  Approx 8.70 Crore Farmers will get benefits through this scheme.  The Govt.  has already sent the 4th Installment of the scheme to Farmers.

The Official of Pum Kisan Yojana will be given the 5th installment in the month of April 2020.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a central Govt.  Scheme and run by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.  The Central Govt.  of India is given 100% funds for this scheme.  The Piyush Goyal (Interim Finance Minister of India) has announced the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for Small and Marginal Farmers.  Online Registration for Scheme was started on 1st February 2019. The last date of online registration and form submission is 28th February 2020. In this plan of only Rs 47, BSNL users will get 1 GB internet and 100 SMS daily with 28 days unlimited calling.  The company's plan is expected to boost competition for Airtel, Geo and Vodafone-Idea.

If we look at the recharge chart, the private telecom company Airtel offers at least two prepaid plans from Rs 100.  The first is 79 and the second is 49.  In both the plans, users get only 200 MB of data while Geo has made a plan of Rs 51 which also gets less data.  Vodafone Idea has also offered plans at Rs 48 and Rs 98, but the benefits are limited.


Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new service BSNL Cinema Plus.  With the help of which subscribers will be able to access some OTT platforms with SonyLIV and Voot Select.  Its monthly price will be Rs 199.

The company said it has partnered with Yupp TV to offer BSNL Cinema Plus service to subscribers, giving users access to SonyLIV Special, Voot Select, Yupp TV Premier and Zee5 Premier.  The service will be available with the help of Yupp TV scope and it gives access to multiple OTT platforms with a single subscription.

Users who subscribe to BSNL Cinema Plus will be able to view web content on their computers, mobile devices and smart TVs.

Surat Corporation has gone too far in handing over the responsibility to its employees.  Teachers have been assigned all of Corona's work so far, but only if there is work left to go to the only cemetery.  Teachers are feeling the pinch as they are given the task of registering the bodies coming for the funeral.  Teachers along with SMC (Surat Municipal Corporation) employees will also be on duty in three shifts of 8-8 hours.  Teachers have been given the responsibility to ensure that there is no disruption in the registration of the bodies coming to the crematorium.

The teachers were embarrassed

During the coronation period all the employees of the corporation were assigned different tasks, in which the teachers were kept outside the homes of the infected patients of the coronet.  There were orders to go with the Dhanvanri Rath, to carry out survey work, to distribute food grains, which were performed by the teachers as part of their duty and to show readiness to perform their duty in their own way in such a difficult situation in the city.  At that time, the teachers assigned to the operation of the cemetery have been put in a dilemma.

The corporation's teacher, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the process of registering a body in a cemetery was not appropriate for teachers.  We made a presentation to our teachers union last night on this matter.  We were given a message about this operation through social media.  The Union has informed our appointees to cancel this order.  Union officials have also vowed to inform the municipal commissioner and the state government about handing over the work to teachers.

The cremation of corpses is on the rise after the transition of corona to the cemetery, with more and more corpses coming to the cemetery, causing chaos in the middle of the day.  Some bodies are being kept in waiting for hours.  So that the relatives of the dead are also disturbed by the chaos, and separate cremation is being demanded as the coronary and normal dead are being cremated simultaneously.

Bardoli's body was sent to Surat due to lack of space

Arif Patel, a corporator of Bardoli Municipality and a member of Ektagroup, and other members are assisting in everything from unloading the body from the hearse to the crematorium at the Bardoli cemetery after the bodies of the deceased were sent from Surat to Corona for burial.
