Storay -- An old woman had great faith in Gautama Buddha. One day their young son died. The son was the old woman's only recourse. Saddened, she approached the Buddha.
The old woman said to the Buddha, You bring my dead son back to life. It seemed to the woman that the Buddha could do so. The woman made such a request to the Buddha because of her son's love.
The Buddha listened to the woman, understood and for a while they began to think. The Buddha wanted people to receive the message in the time to come after this event. He said to the old man, I will do it, but you have to bring a handful of fern seeds from a house where no one has ever died. Bring a handful of fern seeds from a family that has not seen the pain of death.
The woman thought, this is a very simple job. A handful of fern seeds is to be brought.
The old woman did not even think about what the Buddha had said. The woman who went to the house said honestly, "If no one has died in your house, give me a handful of fern seeds."
All the people in the village had the same answer that death has happened. It has been very painful and it has happened to a few people in their old age, some of them
have had untimely deaths, but they have died.
While everyone was getting similar answers from home, the woman realized that the Buddha had sent me thinking of nothing. When she returned to the Buddha, she knew that one day death would come. His grief should not last long.
Lesson - Most people blame God and their own destiny when a loved one dies. Death is about to happen. So one should not grieve for so long over the death of someone, the present life seems to be getting worse.
The Holi of Central Government employees has become more colorful and happy this time. The Modi government has introduced a special festival advance scheme for its employees
This decision is even more special because the festival's advance plan was not included in the 7th pay commission, while the sixth pay commission was given Rs 4,500 under the advance plan. But now central government employees can take an advance of up to Rs 10,000, the special thing here is that they do not have to pay any interest on it. The Special Festival Advance Scheme is open to employees until March 31, 2021.
You can refund the amount in 10 installments
Earlier, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had said that the advance given for the festivals would be pre-loaded. The money will already be available at central employees' ATMs. Only they have to spend. The employee can repay this amount of Rs. 10,000 in 10 installments.
Employees will get Rs 10,000 in the card as prepaid
This advance amount will be given to all central employees by prepaid card. Moreover, state governments, like the central government, will have the option of giving festival advance to their employees. The Sixth Pay Commission had a provision to give employees a festival advance of Rs 4,500. Non-gazetted officers and employees will be able to avail the benefits of this advance scheme.
Will have to spend by March 31st
Now the government has increased the amount of advance to Rs 10,000. Which has been included in the Seventh Pay Commission. It is to be noted that this amount is to be spent only for this financial year and till March 31, 2021, whatever money is there. Earlier, the central government had decided to provide three outstanding allowances and inflation relief to central employees and pensioners from July.
From July D.A. Will also
The central government had frozen three installments of inflation allowance and inflation relief for employees and pensioners on January 1, 2020, July 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021 due to the Koro epidemic. Now this installment will start coming from July which will give a big relief. On the other hand, the new pay code can be implemented from April 1, after which the salaries of the employees will be increased.

Tourist cars-jeeps, tempo travelers and buses do not have to pay frequent taxes at the state borders. After paying tax once a year, these vehicles will now be able to travel to all the states of the country. All these vehicles are taxed separately. The system will be implemented across the country from April 1 following a notification from the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. So far, these vehicles have to pay tax per seat at the border.
Now 9 seater AC tourist car, 26 thousand rupees, while non-AC car can go anywhere by depositing 16 thousand rupees. However, in a state where the vehicle is registered, they will have to pay road tax as before.
Disadvantages: After the implementation of this system, the states will now have to depend on the Center for the amount of tax. Earlier this amount was deposited at the border or deposited online in the accounts of the state governments. Now the amount will go to the center, then to the states. As well as vehicles on the other hand, who do not have to go to the state but have to pay a hefty tax.
Advantage- Tourist bus, car and tempo traveler owners do not have to wander around the border to pay taxes. They can go to any state throughout the year by depositing a lump sum in a year. This will get rid of time and congestion.
